Cauli Flower Stir Fry Cauli Flower Thoran Ingredients:
(1) Cauli flower – 250 grams
(2) Oil – as required
(3) Mustard seeds – ¼ tea spoon
(4) Chopped small onion – 2 tea spoons
(5) Grated coconut – 2 tea spoons
(6) Green chilly – 4 (end torn)
(7) Curry leaves – a few
(8) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure for cooking Cauli Flower Stir Fry Cauli Flower Thoran
Add salt to the cauli flower and cook in steam. Heat oil in a pan and
add mustard seeds into that to splutter. Then add and roast small onion,
green chilly, garlic and curry leaves one by one. Finally add grated coconut
and cooked cauli flower into that and stir. Serve hot.
