How to cook or make Cauli Flower Kuruma
Ingredients:
(1) Cauli flower - 250 grams
(2) Big onion – 1
(3) Carrot – 2
(4) Green chilly – 3
(5) Ginger – 1 small piece
(6) Chilly powder – 1 ½ tea spoon
(7) Coriander seed powder – 2 tea spoon
(8) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(9) Thick coconut milk – 1 cup
(10) Salt – adjust to taste
(11) Water – 1 cup
(12) Coconut oil – 3 tea spoon
(13) Curry leaves – a little
Procedure for cooking Cauli Flower Kuruma
Clean the cauli flower and pluck the small pieces. Chop the big onion
into small pieces. Chop ginger and green chilly and keep aside. Cut the
carrot into small pieces. Heat oil and roast the big onion in that. When
it becomes brown in color add cauli flower, ginger, green chilly, carrot,
chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander seeds powder and stir well.
Add salt and water and boil. When the pieces are cooked, pour coconut
milk and when it boils add curry leaves, switch off the stove and take
the curry out.
