How to cook or make Broad Beans Stir Fry (Amarakka Thoran)

(1) Broad beans – 250 grams
(2) Small onion – 100 grams
(3) Coconut – ½ cup
Green chilly - 2
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Cumin seed – ¼ tea spoon
Garlic – 4 pellets
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
Mustard sees – ½ tea spoon
Red chilly – 2
Curry leaves – a few

Procedure for cooking Broad Beans Stir Fry (Amarakka Thoran)

Wash broad beans and small onion and chop into small pieces. Smash ingredients under (3). Heat coconut oil i9n a pan and add mustard seeds into that to splutter. Add curry leaves and pieces of red chilly also. Then add the chopped pieces of broad beans and small onion. Add salt and stir. Add the smashed ingredients at the center and sufficient water, close the vessel and heat that. Then stir well and stop heating.
