How to cook or make Bottle Gourd Olan Churakka Olan

Bottle Gourd Olan Churakka Olan Ingredients:
(1) Bottle gourd - 1
(2) Cow gram – a handful
(3) Coconut milk – ¼ cup
(4) Green chilly – 6
(5) Coconut oil – 2 tea spoon
(6) Curry leaves – a few
(7) Salt – adjust to taste

Procedure for cooking Bottle Gourd Olan Churakka Olan

Cook the cow gram with salt and water. On boiling, add small pieces of bottle gourd and torn green chilly. When the cow gram and bottle gourd are well cooked and start breaking, add coconut milk. Then add coconut milk and curry leaves and take the curry out of the stove.
