How to cook or make Black Gram Chutney (Uzhunnu
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Toor dhal, Gram dhal – each 2 table spoon
(2) Black gram – 2 table spoon
(3) Asafoetida powder – ½ tea spoon
(4) Red chilly – 6
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Coconut oil – as required
Procedure for cooking Black Gram Chutney (Uzhunnu Chammandhi)
Roast the toor dhal, gram dhal, black gram, Asafoetida powder and red
chilly together, add salt and grind them together. Mix the powder with
a little coconut oil and serve with dosa as well as idly.
