Bitter Gourd Olan Pavakka Olan Ingredients:
(1) Bitter gourd – 400 grams
(2) Coconut oil - 2 tea spoons
(3) Curry leaves – a few
(4) Green chilly – 6
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Coconut milk – ¼ cup
Procedure for cooking Bitter Gourd Olan Pavakka Olan
Remove the seeds of bitter gourd, chop into small pieces, add salt and
water and boil. On boiling, add torn green chilly and coconut milk. Then
add coconut oil and curry leaves, boil again and take out.
