How to cook or make Beetroot Stir Fry Beetroot Thoran

(1) Beetroot – 2 (big)
(2) Big onion – 1
(3) Coconut – ¼ cup
Green chilly – 4
Garlic – 2 pellets
Cumin seeds – ¼ tea spoon
(4) Coconut oil – 2 table spoon
(5) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
(6) Red chilly – 2
(7) Curry leaves – a few
(8) Salt – adjust to taste

Procedure for cooking Beetroot Stir Fry Beetroot Thoran

Remove skin of beetroot and chop into small pieces. Chop the big onion also. Smash ingredients under (3). Heat coconut oil in a vessel and add mustard seeds to sputter. Add curry leaves and pieces of red chilly also. Add the chopped pieces of beetroot and big onion, add salt and stir. Keep the smashed ingredients at the center and pour a little water also. Close the vessel with a lid and boil. After the pieces are cooked, open the vessel, keeping a low flame stir well and dry.
