How to cook or make Banana, Chinese Potato

Banana, Chinese Potato Aviyal Nendrakka, Koorkka Aviyal Ingredients:
(1) Raw banana – 2
(2) Chinese potato – 100 grams
(3) Coconut – ½
Green chilly – 3
Cumin seeds – ¼ tea spoon
Small onions – 3
(4) Salt – adjust to taste
(5) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
(6) Coconut oil – 1 table spoon
Curry leaves – a few
Procedure for cooking Banana, Chinese Potato Aviyal Nendrakka, Koorkka
Aviyal
Remove skin of banana and Chinese potato and chop them into long pieces.
Add salt, turmeric powder and water and boil. Grind ingredients under
(3) together, add into the cooked pieces and boil. After the pieces are
cooked, break them with a big spatula. Pour a little coconut oil, add
a few curry leaves, stir and take the curry out of the stove.
