How to cook or make Apple Chutney Apple
Chammandhi
Ingredients:
(1) Sour apple – 1
(2) Coconut – ½ of a coconut
(3) Green chilly – 3
(4) Small onion – 8
(5) Salt – adjust to taste
(6) Curry leaves – a few
(7) Ginger – 1 small piece
(8) Lemon - 1
Procedure for cooking Apple Chutney Apple Chammandhi
Peel the apple and remove its seeds. Cut into small pieces. Grind coconut,
green chilly, small onion, salt, curry leaves and ginger together into
a rough paste. Mix apple pieces also and grind. Finally pour a little
lemon juice, stir well and serve.
