How to cook or make Amla Chutney (Nellikka
Chammandhi)
Ingredients:
(1) Amla – 250 grams
(2) Coconut – half part
(3) Green chilly – 5
(4) Small onion – 3 pellets
(5) Tamarind – adjust to taste
(6) Ginger – 1 small piece
(7) Salt, curry leaves – a little
Procedure for cooking Amla Chutney (Nellikka Chammandhi)
Remove the seed from Amla. Grind green chilly and coconut into a fine
paste. Mix the paste with Amla, onion, tamarind, ginger, salt and curry
leaves and grind again. The chutney is ready.
