How to make Vinegar (Vinagiri) with Toddy

Making Vinegar (Vinagiri)
                               
Ingredients :


                      (1) Palm Toddy – 1 liter
                      (2) Pepper – 6
                      (3) Cumin seed – 1 pinch
                      (4) Cinnamon – 2 pieces                           

Procedure :


Grind the pepper, cinnamon and cumin seed and mix them with the toddy. Keep that in a bottle for 7 days without shaking. On the 8th day filter that out.  Remove the solids deposited at the bottom. Again filter it out. Repeat this process 3 times so that we will get pure vinegar. Store the vinegar in clean dry bottles.
