Vermicelli Roll (Semiya Roll)
                                    
Ingredients :


                         (1) Crushed cooked vermicelli – 1 cup
                         (2) Cooked biriyani rice – 1 cup
                         (3) Powdered cheese – 2 table spoon
                         (4) Chopped coriander leaves – ¼ cup
                         (5) Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
                         (6) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
                         (7) Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
                         (8) Salt – adjust to taste
                         (9) Bread crumbs – as required
                        (10) Oil – as required
                        (11) Butter – 2 table spoon
                        (12) Maida – 1 cup
                        (13) Milk – 1 cup

Procedure

Melt the butter and add a part of the maida into that and heat. Add milk in small quantities, stir and make it thick. Then add ingredients (1) to (8), stir well and make small balls. Dip the balls in the bread crumbs, and fry in heated oil. Serve along with sauce.
