Making Vermicelli Dosa (Semiya Dosa)
                                
Ingredients :


                    (1) Vermicelli (cooked with salt) – 250 grams
                    (2) Maida – 2 table spoons
                    (3) Egg – 2
                    (4) Milk – 1 cup
                    (5) Tomato (chopped into small pieces) – 1
                    (6) Green chilly (chopped into small pieces) – 2
                      (7) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
                      (8) Big onion – 1 small piece
                      (9) Salt – adjust to taste
                    (10) Oil – as required

Procedure :


Break the egg, stir well and mix with milk and maida and stir well. Add all other ingredients and stir. Pour a little oil on heated kadai and make small dosas.
