How to make Vegetable Sandwich at Home
Making Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients :
(1) Bread slices – 20
(2) Beans, Carrot and Cauli flower, chopped and cooked in steam – 2 cups
(3) Potato cooked and crushed – 1 cup
(4) Green chilly chopped into small pieces – 1 table spoon
(5) Ginger chopped into small pieces – ½ tea spoon
(6) Chopped pieces of big onion = ¼ cup
(7) Butter – 1 table spoon
(8) Veg. oil – 1 tea spoon
Procedure :
Heat oil in a pan and add green chilly, ginger and big onion into that and stir. Then add the ingredients cooked in steam and the cooked crushed potato and stir well. Apply oil on one side of the bread slice, add a little quantity of the curry there and cover that by sticking another slice on one side of which oil is already applied.
