How to make Vegetable Noodles at Home

Making Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients :

                     (1) Big onion – 1 (chopped into small pieces)
                     (2) Cabbage chopped into long pieces – 1 cup
                     (3) Beans torn vertically and chopped into long pieces – ½ cup
                     (4) Thin long pieces of carrot – ½ cup
                     (5) Vermicelli – 100 grams
                       (6) Spring onion – 1 (chopped into small pieces)
                       (7) Soya sauce – 1 table spoon
                       (8) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
                       (9) Aginomoto – 1 pinch
                      (10) Oil, Salt – as required

Procedure :

Add vermicelli into boiled water, add one spoon of oil and then remove the water. Take onion in a vessel, heat and stir. Add cabbage, beans, carrot and spring onion, heat and stir. Sprinkle chilly powder on that. Pour 2 table spoon of water, add salt and soya sauce, close the vessel with a lid and heat with a low flame.

Open the vessel after 5 minutes, add vermicelli and aginomoto, stir and take out of the stove.
