How to make Vegetable Biriyani at Home
Making Vegetable Biriyani Recipe
Ingredients :
(1) Biriyani rice – 1 kg
(2) Green peas – 200 grams
(3) Potato = 150 grams
(4) Ripe tomato – 4
(5) Carrot – 200 grams
(6) Beetroot – 200 grams
(7) Ghee – 1 ½ cup
(8) Cardamom – 10
(9) Cinnamon – 4 pieces
(10) Clove – 5
(11) Small onion – 4 (chopped)
(12) Ginger – 2 pieces (chopped)
(13) Cumin seeds – 1 tea spoon
(14) Salt, coriander leaves, Puthina leaves – as required
Procedure :
Wash the rice and cook that in a vessel. When the rice is half cooked take it out. Take chopped pieces of ingredients 3, 4, 5, 6 and green peas, pour water and heat them. Transfer them into another pan in which ghee is already melted. Heat it and add ingredients (7) to (13) after crushing them. Then add chopped pieces of coriander leaves and puthina leaves. Add the cooked rice into that, stir well, dry and serve.
