Tender Coconut Sarbath : (Karikku Sarbath)
(1) Lightly grated tender coconut – 1 cup
(2) Tender coconut water – 2 cup
(3) Milk – 1 cup
(4) Sugar – as required
Make a fine mixture of grated tender coconut and tended coconut water by agitating them together in a mixer. There should not be suspended small particles in the mixture. Mix sugar and milk in that and filter out. In case it looks thick a little more of coconut water may be added.
