How to make Stuffed Chilly at Home
Stuffed Chilly making at home
Ingredients :
(1) Roasted gram – 2 table spoon
(2) Cumin seed – ½ tea spoon
(3) Small onion – 4
(4) Grated coconut – 2 table spoon
(5) Green chilly – 2
(6) Salt – adjust to taste
(7) Long size chilly without burning taste – 10
(8) Oil – as required
Procedure :
Tear the long chilly into two parts and keep them in an idli cooker and keep in passing steam for 2 minutes. Grind ingredients (1) to (6) together. Keep a little of that mixture inside the torn chilly. Pour 2 table spoons of oil in a non stick pan and spread the chilly in that. Roast both sides of chilly and take out.
