Making Special Vada at Home

Ingredients :


                      (1) Maida flour – 1 cup
                      (2) Rice flour – 1 cup
                      (3) Bombay rava – 1 cup (heat slightly)
                      (4) Baking powder – ½ tea spoon
                      (5) Big onion – 1 (chopped)
                      (6) Green chilly – 4 (chopped into small pieces)
                      (7) Coriander leaves (chopped) = 1 big spoon
                      (8) Curd – 1 cup
                      (9) Salt – adjust to taste
                    (10) Coconut oil – as required

Procedure :


Mix all ingredients together and keep for 30 minutes. Then make small balls with the mixture. Heat oil in the pan. Then press the balls to the shape of vada and fry them in the heated oil. Flip them to toast both sides. Then collect back.
