Making Special Samosa
Ingredients
(1) Maida – 1 ½ cup
(2) Salt – ½ tea spoon
(3) Oil/Butter – 1 table spoon
(4) Luke warm water – ½ cup
For Filling
(1) Oil/Butter – 1 table spoon
(2) Clove – 1
(3) Garlic – 1
(4) Chopped pieces of ginger – 1 tea spoon
(5) Masala powder – 2 tea spoon
(6) Salt – ½ tea spoon
(7) Big onion – 2
(8) Vinegar / Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
(9) Mutton chopped into pieces – 250 grams (bone removed)
(10) Hot water – ½ cup
(11) Masala powder – 1 tea spoon
(12) Chopped pieces of coriander leaves / puthina leaves – 2 table spoon
(13) Oil – as required
Procedure
Sieve the maida. Add salt and oil to that and make it a paste by mixing with slightly hot water. More water may be poured in for mixing thoroughly. Continue hand mixing for 10 minutes. Then keep that covered by a polythene cover.
