How to make Sandwich at Home
Making Sandwich
Ingredients :
(1) Bread – 1 loaf
(2) Big onion – 2
(3) Potato – 2
(4) Carrot – 2
(5) Green peas – ½ cup
(6) Mustard seeds – 1 tea spoon
(7) Black gram – 1 tea spoon
(8) Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
(9) Green chilly, ginger, salt, curry leaves, coriander leaves – as required
Procedure :
Cook the potato and crush that. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to splutter. Roast black gram dhal in that. Then add the chopped vegetables, heat and stir. Then add the crushed potato, turmeric powder, salt and water, boil that and continue heating till water is completely dried. Keep a little of this mixture in between 2 bread pieces, apply butter at the edges of the pieces and then bake them.
