How to make Ribbon Murukku at Home

Making Ribbon Murukku

    Ingredients :

                          (1) Rice flour – 2 cup
                          (2) Roasted gram dhal flour – 1 cup
                          (3) Salt – 1 ½ tea spoon
                          (4) Chilly powder – 2 tea spoon
                          (5) White sesame – 1 tea spoon
                          (6) Butter – 1 table spoon
                          (7) Oil – as required


Grind ingredients (1) to (4) together.  Then mix sesame and butter. Divide the mixture into 6 parts. Pour oil into the pan. Apply a little oil on the mould. Mix one part of the mixture with a little water and make it a thick paste. Squeeze that out into the oil through the mould. Fry with a low flame and collect back. Fry the remaining 5 parts also
