Making Potato Vada (Urulakizhangu Vada)
Ingredients :

                    (1) Potato – 1 kg
                    (2) Whipped egg – 2
                    (3) Oil, Salt, Pepper – as required
                    (4) Maida flour – 50 grams
                    (5) Nut meg powder – 1 tea spoon

Procedure :

Grate the potato, wash and keep for some time to dry. Whip the eggs and mix with salt and pepper. Mix potato with the mixture. Sprinkle maida flour and nut meg powder and stir well. Heat oil in a pan and add the mixture little by little into the oil with a spoon.  Fry them till they become golden color. Approximately 25 numbers can be made.
