How to make Potato Sandwich

Chilly – Coriander Leaves

Making Potato Sandwich


                      (1) Bread slices – 4
                      (2) Potato cooked and crushed – 2
                      (3) Big onion – 1 (chopped into small pieces)
                      (4) Tomato – 1 (chopped into small pieces)
                      (5) Butter – 50 grams
                      (6) Green chilly – 2 (chopped into small pieces)
                      (7) Turmeric powder – ½ tea spoon
                      (8) Tomato sauce – 1 tea spoon
                      (9) Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
                      (10) Curry leaves, Coriander leaves – a little
                      (11) Salt, Oil - as required


Pour 2 table spoons of oil in a vessel, add pieces of big onion, heat and stir. Then add green chilly and tomato, stir well. Now add cooked potato, salt, turmeric powder, tomato sauce, garam masala, curry leaves and coriander leaves and stir well. Then take the vessel out of the stove.  Apply butter on the bread, add a small quantity of the curry on it, keep another slice of bread over the curry, keep on a roasted kadai, flip and roast both sides.
