How to make Potato French Fry Recipe
Potato French Fry
(1) Potato = ½ kg
(2) Chilly powder, Oil, Salt – as required
Cut potato into pieces of 2 inches long and thickness of a finger. Pour 6 cups of water in a vessel and heat that. On boiling, add the potatoes, stir well, collect them back in a sieve and keep for drying. Pour oil in another vessel and heat it. Add the potato in that oil and roast well. Sprinkle salt and chilly powder over that, stir well and serve.
