How to make Pathiri at home

                      (1) Rice flour – 1 cup
                      (2) Coconut milk – ½ cup
                      (3) Oil – ½ tea spoon
                      (4) Salt, Water – as required


Add salt and oil into 1 ½ cup of water and boil that. On boiling, reduce the flame, add the rice flour and stir well without formation of lumps. When water is completely dried, take it out of the stove and stir well. Make that into small balls, sprinkle rice flour and spread them in round shape without much thickness. Roast them on a kadai one by one just like chappathi.  Apply coconut milk on them. Serve along with mutton stew.
