Making Paper Roast at Home
Ingredients
(1) Dobi Rice – 2 cup
(2) Black gram – ¾ cup
(3) Fenugreek – 1 tea spoon
Procedure
Soak the rice, black gram and fenugreek in water for six hours, grind them separately and mix together and keep for 8 hours. Cook one potato, peel and mix with the paste. The paste must be in loose form. Apply oil on a kadai; spread the paste to make thin and big dosa. When it is crisp, fold and then take out. Sprinkle water on the kadai at intervals to prevent overheating of kadai.
