(1) Maida – 1 kg
(2) Salt – adjust to taste
(3) Curd – 12 – 14 ounce
(4) Garam masala – 1 tea spoon
(5) Baking powder – 1 tea spoon
(6) Butter – 2 – 3 tea spoons
Procedure
Mix maida, baking powder and salt together. Add curd also. Do mixing for about 8 minutes. Make small balls and spread them like chappathi. Then roast that on grill for 5 minutes. Pour a little butter on the naan and then serve.
