Making Mutter Paneer Cream
(1) Paneer – 10 pieces
(2) Butter – 1 table spoon
(3) Big onion – 2
(4) Tomato puree – ½ cup
(5) Garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
(6) Freezed peas – 1 cup
(7) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(8) Coriander seed powder – ¼ tea spoon
(9) Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
(10) Cream – 1 ½ cup
(11) Salt – adjust to taste
(12) Pepper – as required
(13) Ginger paste – 1 tea spoon
Melt butter in a vessel. Add garlic paste and ginger paste and stir for 2 minutes. Then add the pieces of big onion and stir until the onion turns golden brown in color. Pour tomato puree and boil for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add salt, turmeric powder, pepper and garam masala. Stir well to mix all items together. Now pour the cream at the top and stir well.
Cut paneer into small pieces, roast over a low flame and then keep for cooling.
By that time, add peas into the above curry and boil for some time. After some time sprinkle the roasted paneer pieces over the curry.
Decorate with cream and coriander leaves and then serve.
