Making Mushroom Bajji (Coon Bajji)


                      (1) Gram dhal flour – ½ cup
                      (2) Turmeric powder – 1pinch
                      (3) Chilly powder – 1 table spoon
                     (4) Salt – adjust to taste
                     (5) Torn mushroom – 2 cup
                     (6) Oil – as required


Mix ingredients (1) to (4) together after adding a little water into the mixture. Make it a loose paste. Dip the mushroom pieces in that paste and fry in oil and collect back.
