Making Mango Sarbath (Manga Sarbath)
(1) Egg – 3
(2) Powdered sugar – 3 table spoon
(3) Sun flower oil – 1 tea spoon
(4) Mango – 6
Separate yellow part and white part of the 3 eggs. Add powdered sugar into the yellow part of egg and mix well using the oil.
Take the fleshy part of the 6 mangoes and mix that with the yellow part of egg. Whip the white part of the egg and mix that with the mango mixture. Chill for 2 hours inside fridge. Then take out, stir and whip again, freeze for a second time and then take out and serve.
