Making Tikkys at Home

Ingredients :

                         (1) Potato – 6
                         (2) Bread pieces – 6
                         (3) Salt – adjust to taste
                         (4) Ghee – as required



Cook the potato and peel them. Soak the bread pieces in water and then squeeze them. Mix the crushed potato and squeezed bread together, add salt and make balls in the size of a lemon. Make a pit at the center of the balls, fill that pit with chutney, close the pit and spread in the shape of vada. Pour ghee into a heated pan, add the potato vada into the ghee, roast till both sides become brownish and take back.
