How to make Kerala Parotta at Home
Kerala Parotta making at Home
Ingredients :
(1) Maida – 2 cup
(2) Salt – ½ table spoon
(3) Water – ¾ cup
(4) Oil – 1 table spoon
Procedure :
Mix the maida with salt, water and oil and make that just like chappati mix. Make six balls out of that. Spread them, apply oil and sprinkle maida on that. Then fold it, spread again as parotta. Put it on a kadai, when one side is roasted flip it and pour oil and roast the other side.
