How to make Jam Jelly at Home
Making Jam Jelly
Ingredients :
(1) Fruits extract – 1 liter
(2) Sugar – 1 kg
(3) Citric acid – 1 tea spoon
(4) Essence – ½ tea spoon
Procedure :
Jam can be prepared separately from grapes, pineapple, apple, papaya, guava, water apple etc. A mixed fruits jam also can be made from all these fruits together.
Cook the fruits and remove the seeds (in case they have seeds inside) and grind in a mixer. Filter the juice through a cloth. Add sugar and boil the juice. Then add citric acid and stir. Then mix essence and 1 pinch of preservative. Store the juice in clean dry bottles.
