    Gram Dhal Flour Poori (Kadalamavu Poori)                   
                       
      Ingredients :


                          (1) Maida – 1 cup
                          (2) Gram dhal flour – 1 cup
                          (3) Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
                          (4) Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
                            (5) Asafetida – ¼ tea spoon
                            (6) Soda powder – ¼ tea spoon
                            (7) Rava – ½ cup
                            (8) Baking powder – ½ tea spoon
                            (9) Salt, Oil – as required

Procedure :


Mix maida, rava, salt and baking powder together after adding a little water into them. Make it like chappati mix and keep for some time.

Filling

Mix ingredients (2) to (6) together after pouring a little water and make small balls with size of an amla. Make a small ball with the maida mix, press that on your palm, place one gram dhal mixture ball on that, cover it, sprinkle maida flour on that and spread to the size of poori. Fry the poori in heated oil and collect back.
