How to make Golden Wine at Home

Making Golden Wine

Ingredients :

                      (1) Yeast – 3 tea spoon
                      (2) Warm water – 1 cup
                      (3) Raw rice – 1 cup
                      (4) Dry grapes – 1 ½ cup
                      (5) Sugar – 1 ½ kg
                      (6) Boiled cooled water – 4 bottles

Procedure :

Add yeast and 1 spoon sugar in warm water and keep that for fermentation. Mix washed raw rice, dry grapes, water and fermented yeast together and transfer the mixture into a jar. Stir once every day. On the 21st day filter out the wine and keep that for 2 days to settle.
