How to make Ghee Roast at Home

Making Ghee Roast


                     (1) Dobi Rice – 2 cups
                     (2) Black gram dhal – ¾ cup
                     (3) Fenugreek – 1 tea spoon
                     (4) Ghee, Salt – as required

Procedure :

Grind rice, black gram and fenugreek, mix them, add salt and thus prepare the dosa mix and keep that for 8 hours. Heat the kadai, apply ghee on that and pour the mixture on that. Spread that with minimum thickness using a steel plate. Pour ghee around the dosa and when it becomes crisp fold it and serve hot. To control the heat of kadai, sprinkle water on it at intervals and wipe with a brush.
