How to make Fruit Wine  (Pazham Wine) at Home

Fruit Wine  (Pazham Wine)
                         
Ingredients :


                     (1) Plantain fruit – 10 (palayamkotan variety)
                     (2) Sugar – 750 grams
                     (3) Yeast – 1 tea spoon
                      (4) Boiled cooled water – 2 bottles

Procedure :


Peel the fruit and chop with a steel knife, mix with all other ingredients, keep in a jar. Close the jar air tight and keep for 10 days.  Daily once shake the jar mildly. To give color, char 1 cup sugar and mix at the end of the 10th day. Filter out the wine and store in bottles.
