Egg Roast (Mutta Porichathu)
                    
Ingredients :


                     (1) Egg – 2
                    (2) Chopped pieces of small onion – 1/8 cup
                    (3) Green chilly chopped into round pieces – 1 tea spoon
                    (4) Chopped pieces of ginger – ¼ tea spoon
                    (5) Salt, pepper – as required

Procedure :


Break and whip the eggs and mix with all other ingredients in a vessel. Heat, stir and roast that either by keeping on a stove or by holding the vessel over boiling water.
