Making Egg Pickle (Kozhi Mutta Achar)
(1) Cooked eggs – 6
(2) Gingili oil – 100 ml.
(3) Fennel, Coriander seeds, powdered cumin seeds, asafetida and fenugreek
- each 15 grams
(4) Chilly powder, Salt – as required
Heat the ground ingredients and chilly powder in oil. Mix salt with the egg, add into the heated ingredients, stir well, keep closed for 2 – 3 days, then take out and serve.
