Making Egg Kameer (Mutta Kameer)
Ingredients
(1) Egg – 5
(2) Maida – 1 ½ table spoon
(3) Water – ¾ glass
(4) Rose water – 1 table spoon
(5) Sugar – ¼ cup
Procedure
Mix ½ table spoon of maida in ¾ glass of water. Break the eggs, pour into the maida solution and agitate well. Heat a kadai and take the foaming part of the egg and spread on the kadai. Flip it once and then take that out. Mix the rose water in 2 table spoons of water. Spray the rose water on the kameer and sprinkle sugar on that.
