How to make Egg Kabab (Mutta Kabab)

Making Egg Kabab (Mutta Kabab)
                            
Ingredients :


                     (1) Cooked egg – 8
                      (2) Grated coconut – ¾ cup
                      (3) Garlic pellets – 4
                      (4) Small on ion – 10
                      (5) Tamarind – as required
                      (6) Coriander leaves – a little
                      (7) Ginger – 1 piece
                      (8) Green chilly – 5
                      (9) Lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
                     (10) Bread crumbs, salt, whipped egg – as required

Procedure :


Grind ingredients (2) to (8) and mix with lemon juice. Cut cooked egg into pieces. Apply the ground ingredients paste on the pieces and dip, them in whipped egg.  Sprinkle bread crumbs over them and just like cutlet fry them in oil and take them out.  Gingely oil is suitable for frying.
