Making Egg Chutney (Mutta Chutney)
Ingredients :
(1) Chopped pieces of big onion – 4 cups
(2) Chopped pieces of tomato – 1 cup
(3) Egg – 3
(4) Coconut oil – ¼ cup
(5) Garlic – 5 pellets
(6) Green chilly – 3
(7) Salt – adjust to taste
Procedure :
Pour ¼ cup of oil into a pan and heat big onion, green chilly and garlic and stir. When the smell comes, add pieces of tomato and stir again. When water is completely removed, break the eggs and pour into the pan. Stir well and stop heating when it is dry. Add salt also. This is an ideal side dish for chappathi and Roti. Also this dish can be used to prepare sandwich.
