Making Drum Stick Leaves Dosa (Muringayila Dosa)


                   (1) Boiled rice – 1 glass
                   (2) Grated coconut – ½ piece
                   (3) Drum stick leaves – 1 cup
                   (4) Salt – adjust to taste

Procedure :

Soak the rice in water for 4 hours and then grind. Add grated coco nut also while grinding. Mix drum stick leaves and salt into the rice paste and stir well. Apply oil on heated kadai and prepare dosa. Make both sides crisp.
