Making Chilly Potato Fast

Ingredients :


                         (1) Maida – 25 grams
                         (2) Corn flour – 50 grams
                         (3) Egg – 1
                         (4) Soya sauce – 1 tea spoon
                         (5) Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
                         (6) Aginomoto – 1 pinch
                         (7) Salt – adjust to taste
                         (8) Chopped garlic – 1 tea spoon
                         (9) Chopped green chilly – 1 tea spoon
                        (10) Chopped ginger – 1 tea spoon
                        (11) Big onion – 1 (chopped)
                        (12) Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
                        (13) Spring onion – ¼ cup
                        (14) Chilly sauce – 1 tea spoon
                           (15) Potato – 250 grams
                           (16) Oil – as required

Procedure


Cut potato into long pieces. Mix ingredients (1) to (7) together, stir well and after half an hour fry them and collect back. Pour 2 table spoons of oil in a pan and in that roast ingredients (8) to (12) one by one. Add chilly sauce also. Then add soya sauce, pepper powder and salt and pour 2 table spoons of water. On boiling, take out of the stove, add the fried potato, stir and serve.
