Cauli Flower Parotta making at home :


Ingredients


                      (1) Cooked and just once smashed cauli flower – 2 cups
                      (2) Big onion - 1
                      (3) Cumin seed powder – ½ tea spoon
                      (4) Chopped coriander leaves – ½ cup
                      (5) Garam masala – ½ tea spoon
                      (6) Chilly powder – ½ tea spoon
                      (7) Maida flour – 4 cups
                      (8) Salt, Oil and Lemon juice – as required

Procedure :


Heat oil in a pan and roast big onion in that. Then add the smashed cauli flower in that. Then make it dry after adding cumin seed powder, Coriander leaves, Garam masala and salt. Add one table spoon lemon juice and stir. Mix the maida flour with salt, water and one table spoon oil. Make it a fine paste. Then take a little of the paste, spread it and add 2 table spoons of the cauli flower mix. Then cover that and spread again and roast on a kadai.
