How to make Bran Tikky at Home
Bran Tikky Recipe making
Ingredients :
(1) Cauli flower – ½ cup
(2) Coriander leaves – ½ cup
(3) Potato – 2 (cooked and smashed)
(4) Cooked and ground green spinach – 1 cup
(5) Pepper powder – 1 tea spoon
(6) Wheat flour – ½ cup
(7) Salt, Oil – as required
Procedure :
Take ingredients (1) to (5), mix together, add salt, make small balls, roll the balls on wheat flour and spread in the size and shape of a vada. Pour oil on a heated kadai, put the pieces on that and roast both sides.
