How to make Bombay Tikky at home
Bombay Tikky Recipe making
Ingredients :
(1) Potato – 4
(2) Big onion -= 1
(3) Green chilly – 5
(4) Coriander leaves – a hand full
(5) Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
(6) Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
(7) Lemon – 1
(8) Bread slice – 4
(9) Salt – adjust to taste
(10) Oil – 1 cup
Procedure :
Cook the potato, peel and smash. Chop big onion, green chilly and coriander leaves into small pieces. Soak the bread in hot water. Mix well the smashed potato, the chopped ingredients, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice and soaked bread slices together. Make small balls with this mixture, spread a little with hand, fry in oil and collect back. Serve along with tomato sauce.
