Making Bitter Gourd Vada (Padavalanga Vada)
Ingredients :
(1) Bitter Gourd – ½ kg
(2) Roasted gram dhal – 25 grams
(3) Poppy seeds – ½ table spoon
(4) Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
(5) Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
(6) Salt, Oil – as required
Procedure :
Clean the bitter gourd and chop into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and heat the pieces in that oil. Mix other ingredients with that and grind them together. Take a small quantity of the ground mixture, press that in the shape of vada and fry in oil.
