(1) Rice flakes – 500 grams
(2) Sesame – 25 grams
(3) Salt – adjust to taste
(4) Water – as required
Procedure
Grind the flakes in a mixer to a fine powder. Mix the powdered flakes with sesame and salt and make the mixture just like chappati mix. Make small balls with that and spread the balls like chappati. Then dry them by keeping in the sun. Whenever required, fry them in oil and serve.
